Jo's Bike Ride

Here is a card for a special friend of my mother. Her name is Jo and I remember her well as she is a small woman on the outside but not on the inside. Jo rode her bike everywhere, so when mum asked if I could make a card for her, I immediately thought of this image.
 Its called Roses Bike Ride by WEE STAMPS. The street lamp is from Nana Vic's  both are digital stamps and both colored with copic markers and Ticket stamp from Sentiments 4 You.

Writing done on my klic n kut with purple glitter pen.
Papers, pearl swirls fence and paper roses from Kaiser craft. Arch was cut on klic n kut.

The image in the sign of the dutch girl and windmill were free clip art, I really wanted to put in her home town in Holland or her name to make it a bit more personal but wasn't sure of the town name, and thought this image was very cute.

Dies used .... tulips from The Netherlands Collection by Quick Kutz, Tags and lacy border are Magnolia Doohickeys, Fanciful flourish is from Cheery Lynn Designs and doily from Die-namics.

The pathway was  stamped with copic marker E31 then colored with E50 & 51, then ever so lightly sponged Old paper distress ink over the top. The stamp itself is from Prima marketing.

         

Dusty Concord distress ink was sponged around tags etc.
Other stamps used were from Dark room door , Adornit and also Kaiser craft.
